- COMELEC will email an appointment confirmation slip to the applicant
- Print the attached online Voter Certification Application (OVCA), Appointment Confirmation Slip (ACS) with the request form and do not forget to fill the request form that will be presented on the date of your appointment at the NCFD Satellite Office.
- Go to COMELEC-NCFD Satellite Office on the set date and time
